2016 / 2018 — concept & spatial designFrieslandCampina challenged us to design and build a pop up yoghurt bar in the famous Rotterdam Markthall for Friesland Campina Boer en Land for the World Dairy Summit to showcase their healthy breakfast and lunch products.
From rough sketch to a complete working bar in only six weeks.
The bar is designed to be completely reusable. Alle elements are modular and fitted with heavy duty casters.

I took inspiration from old farmer’s kitchens and workspaces. Light and functional spaces with terrazzo elements, white coated metal, wood paneling and straightforward, tactile graphic design elements.
Intriguing details, high quality materials and amazing execution take this bar beyond the usual pop-up look and feel.
